Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. She was born on June 13th, 1962. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). After that, she joined the Bratpack and starred as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. At the beginning of the 80s, she began her career as a film actress with the thriller Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other popular actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Her debut success led her to be a part of The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. John Hughes' film is thought to be among the best high school movies of all-time. Although it was an budget of just $1 million, the movie's earnings exceeded $50 Million. As she worked on the show her first appearance on television came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. In April 1980, the show started airing. It was intended for teens.
